These tracking parameters apply to customized collections ads created manually with Pin builder, not using the catalog sales objective.

- Log in to your Pinterest business account
- Click
the hamburger icon at the top-left of the page - Under Ads, click Reporting
- Select the Ads tab
- Select the collections ad you want to add tracking to
- Click Edit at the top of the table
- Scroll down to Ads, and under Add secondary creative destination URL (optional) enter your secondary creative destination URL
- Once complete, click Publish
Note: The secondary creative destination URL is unique to collections. You won’t see this option for other ad formats.
- Log in to your Pinterest business account
- Click
the hamburger icon at the top-left of the page - Under Ads, click Bulk editor
- Click Download sample sheet to download a sample spreadsheet
- Add a new column with the header Collections Secondary Creative Destination Url
- Under the header, enter the destination URL tracking for your secondary creatives
- Once you’ve completed the above steps and saved your template, click Upload template
- Click Upload
Note: The hero creative destination URL will remain under the column header “Promoted Pin URL”, which is the same as what’s used for standard ads.
