After uploading your conversion events, you can access it through the reporting dashboard in Ads Manager or generate a report in the Report Center. 

View offline metrics in Ads Manager
  • Log in to your Pinterest business account
  • Click the hamburger icon at the top-left of the page
  • Under Ads, click Reporting
  • Click the edit icon  at the top-right corner of the reporting table 
  • Click Checkout conversions, then click Offline
  • Select the metrics you want to use to measure offline conversions
  • View offline metrics in a custom report 
  • Log in to your Pinterest business account
  • Click the hamburger icon at the top-left of the page
  • Under Ads, click Custom reports
  • Click Create new report at the top-right of your screen
  • Edit the fields below Report details, Data filters and Scheduling and timeframe
  • Below Columns, click  the directional chevron right icon next to Checkout conversions
  • Click  the directional chevron right icon next to Offline and select the offline conversions you want to measure

    Conversion settings

    A conversion window is the window of time during which a conversion will be attributed to an ad event . The click/engagement/view conversion window for offline events can be any combination of 1-, 7-, 30- and 60-day.

    Conversion sources refer to the technology used to send conversion events to Pinterest. Learn more about conversion upload options.

    You can view offline conversion reporting by the ad event date or the conversion event date.

    Reporting type What you'll see Example
    Ad event date Number of ad events in the date range. Offline conversions attributed to these ad events are post-dated by the conversion window.

    Date range: 1/1/2020 - 1/30/2020

    Conversion window: 30/30/30

    All ad events happening between 1/1/2020 - 1/30/2020 will display. Assume these events attribute to 100 conversions from 1/1/2020 - 2/29/2020 within the conversion window.

    The 100 conversions will display in the reporting. 

    Conversion event date Number of conversions in the date range. Ad events attributing to these conversions are retroactive depending on the selected conversion window.

    Date range: 1/1/2020 - 1/30/2020

    Conversion window: 30/30/30

    All conversion events happening between 1/1/2020 - 1/30/2020 will display. Assume these conversions are attributed to 100 ad events from 12/2/2019 - 2/29/2020 within the conversion window.

    The 100 ad events will display in the reporting.
