If the email address connected to your Pinterest account is old or inaccessible, you have a few options.

Log in with an old password

Log in by using your old email address and any possible passwords you might have used in the past. Once you are in your account, we recommend you update the email address in your settings.

Log in with Facebook or Google

If your Pinterest account is connected to Facebook or Google and you've logged in that way before, you can log in with one of those.

Create a new account

If you can't remember your password, we recommend that you create a new account. You can search for your old account on Pinterest to save the same Pins and follow the same people on your new account.
