When you create a Pin from a business account, you can add alternative text to explain what people can see in your Pin. This makes your Pin more accessible to people with visual impairment by helping them understand what’s happening in your Pin. At this time, you can only add alternative text to standard Pins or video Pins.

Alternative text descriptions will only be read to people using a screen reader to access Pinterest on their desktop or their mobile device.
