To manage your billing on Pinterest, update your business information (including name and address) or add or remove a credit card.

Update your business information
  • Log in to your Pinterest business account.
  • Click on  the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Under Business, select Billing.
  • Select Payment settings in the left-hand side navigation
  • Click Business information
  • Update your business name and address under Business information (Note: Depending on your country, some advertisers will also need to enter VAT or GST information.)
  • Click Save
  • Once you add your business name and address, you'll be able to add your payment details.

    Add your payment information
  • Log in to your Pinterest business account.
  • Click on  the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Under Business, select Billing.
  • Select Payment settings in the left-hand side navigation
  • Click Billing information
  • Enter your billing address 
  • Add your primary credit card information
  • Add a backup credit card. We will use this as a backup in case there are problems with your primary credit card.
  • Click Save.
  • Note: The ability to add a secondary credit card is being rolled out slowly. It may not be available on your business account yet.

    When you add or update your payment information, we may authorise a small temporary transaction to verify your payment method. Please note our list of accepted payments.

    If you select the wrong billing currency during setup or need to switch the account currency, you will need to create a new account in the correct country and/or currency.

    Remove your payment information

    Removing your payment method will suspend any active campaigns. Any outstanding balance that has not been settled will be charged to the card that was on file when the spend occurred. 

    To remove your payment information:

  • Log in to your Pinterest business account.
  • Click on  the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Under Business, select Billing.
  • Select Payment settings in the left navigation
  • Choose Payment information then, next to your existing payment method, click Remove payment method
  • Access your current billing history

    To access your current billing history:

  • Log in to your Pinterest business account.
  • Click on  the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Under Business, select Billing.
  • Select Billing history in the left navigation
