Go to Pinterest and click Ads in the top left-hand corner.

Click Reporting. 

Scroll down to the reporting table.

Select the tick boxes next to all of the entities you want to edit. You can select multiple entities to edit at once. 

Click Edit to open the editing page. All campaigns, ad groups and ads will be pre-selected. 

Make your desired changes.

Click Apply changes.
