Schedule Pins

With a business account, you can schedule standard Pins for future posting. Here are a few things you should know about scheduling Pins:

You can schedule a Pin up to 30 days in advance.

While you can only schedule one Pin at a time, you can have up to ten Pins scheduled for the future.

Once a Pin has been scheduled, you can update the publish date, title, board, description and link. You cannot edit the image or video content of your Pin.

Schedule a Pin

Click Create at the top left of your screen and select an option to create a Pin.

Click the to select an image or video for your Pin.

If you’re creating an Idea Pin:
- Use the Pinterest app to select more than one image or video (this feature isn’t available on desktop). Multiple images and videos will be stitched together into a single video Pin.
- Click the pencil icon to add text, change the aspect ratio and more. When you've finished editing, tap Done.

Fill in some information about your Pin.

Select Publish at a later date and choose the day and time that you’d like to publish your Pin.

Finish creating your Pin.

To see your scheduled Pins, visit your profile. It may take a few minutes for your scheduled Pins to appear.

Open the Pinterest app on your device and log in to your Pinterest business account.

Tap and select an option to create a Pin.

Select an image or video from your device, then tap Next to create your Pin.

If you’re creating an Idea Pin:
- You can select more than one image and video. Multiple images and videos will be stitched together into a single video Pin.
- You have the option to add text and other effects to your Pin. When you've finished editing, tap Next.

Fill in some information about your Pin.

Next to Schedule date or Schedule publish date, tap .

Select the date and time you’d like to publish your Pin.

Tap Done.

To see your scheduled Pins, visit your profile. It may take a few minutes for your scheduled Pins to appear.

Open the Pinterest app on your device and log in to your Pinterest business account.

Next to Schedule date, tap or .

Select the date and time you’d like to publish your Pin.

Tap Done.

Finish creating your Pin (you may be asked to confirm the scheduled publishing time).

To see your scheduled Pins, visit your profile. It may take a few minutes for your scheduled Pins to appear.

Delete scheduled Pins

To delete Pins you've already scheduled, go to your profile. You'll see your scheduled Pins above all of your published Pins. Click or tap the ellipsis icon at the bottom of the Pin that you'd like to delete, then select Delete.
