Upload a CSV file with web, in-app and/or offline conversions into Ads Manager. We'll then match relevant campaigns to these conversions so that you can then review total campaign conversions in Ads Manager.

Note: Make sure you have an active campaign.

Prepare your CSV file
  • Frequency: Upload your file at least once a month and send conversion data within 30 days of each conversion occurrence to Pinterest.
  • File size: Your file must be under 5 GB in size and contain fewer than 10 million rows.

  • Under Business, click Conversions

  • Click the row of the failed upload to see a drop-down displaying information about reasons for failure.
  • Click into View Data Errors to see the invalid data values in the CSV. Review the Customer data fields and Event data fields for expected schema and examples of expected values.
  • Pinterest does not store original CSV files from advertisers after the match process has been completed. To troubleshoot, you should refer to the invalid data values on your original uploaded file.
