View your change history to see edits for individual campaign entities or across your entire ad account. See what changes were made, when they were made and who made the changes.

In the navigation bar, click Ads and select Ad account history.

You can filter by specific actions by clicking Filter in the top right-hand corner above the table. You can click the date range filter (e.g. Last 7 days) in the top left-hand corner above the table to select your desired start and end dates.

Your change history is available for different campaign entities. Keyword-level changes aren’t currently logged in the change history.
