There are millions of buyable Pins on Pinterest, from great brands like Macy’s, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, and thousands of shops and retailers powered by Demandware and Shopify.
When you buy on Pinterest, you’re buying right from the seller—whether that’s Nordstrom or your favorite small business. All of our sellers have been screened for quality, both of their products and their customer service.
If you have trouble with an order or questions before you buy something, contact the seller for more information.
We’re working with Stripe and Braintree—two industry-leading payment providers who’ve been protecting people’s information for years.
When you pay with Apple Pay, it uses a device specific account number instead of your actual credit card number, so neither your device nor Apple Pay will send your actual card number to the seller.
Each seller has a different return policy—you can find their policy on the Pin itself, or in the confirmation email you get when you buy something.
If you have questions about a seller’s policies, you can find their contact info in the Order history section of your Settings. Learn more.
If you’re having trouble with an order, contact the seller. Because you’re buying directly from the seller (and not from Pinterest), they can help resolve many of your potential issues.
You can find their contact info in the Order history section of your settings, or in the confirmation email you get after you buy something. Make sure you give the seller a few days to respond.
