If you’re having trouble with an order, contact the seller. Because you’re buying directly from the seller (and not from Pinterest), the seller has the best tools to help you resolve your issue.
To find the seller’s contact info:
- From your profile, tap the gear to get to your settings
- Tap See order history
- Tap into the order
- Tap Contact Seller for help
Note: If you’re getting too many emails from a seller, try clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of the emails.
