Manage your orders

You can find your order history right from your settings. Always contact the seller if you have any questions about your order.

Tracking your order
To view your order history:
  1. From your profile, tap the gear to get to your settings
  2. Tap See order history
Here you can find all past and current orders, with the newest orders at the top.

To check an order’s status:
  1. From your profile, tap the gear to get to your settings
  2. Tap See order history and find the order you want to check
  3. Tap into the order to see its status (open, processing, shipped, etc.)
After an order has shipped, you’ll need to either (1) use tracking information provided by the seller or (2) reach out to the seller directly for more information.
 
If your order status seems incorrect, or if you got an email from the seller indicating something different, reach out to the seller to double check. 

Some sellers will provide tracking info in the confirmation email they send you. You can also see the status of your order in the Order history section of your settings.
 
If the seller didn’t give you tracking info, check the shipping option you selected—it tells you when your order should arrive. Contact the seller if you think your package hasn’t been delivered.
 
Note: If you’re getting too many emails from a seller, try clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of the emails.
