Each seller has their own refund, return and exchange policies. You should reach out to the seller for all refund, return and exchange requests.
To find the seller’s return policies (before ordering):
- Tap the Pin you want to buy
- Tap See seller's return policy below the Pin image to open the seller’s policies
To find the seller’s return policies (after ordering):
- From your profile, tap the gear to get to your settings
- Tap See order history
- Tap into the order, then tap the Pin image to go to the Pin
- Scroll to the bottom on the Pin and tap Return policy
The seller’s contact info is on the Order history page, and you can reach out to the seller if you want to request a refund or exchange. Keep in mind that not all orders will qualify for a refund, return or exchange.
