To manage your billing on Pinterest, update your business information (including name and address) or add or remove a credit card.

Update your business information
  • Log into your Pinterest business account
  • Click Ads at the top of the screen, then select Billing
  • Select Payment settings in the left-side navigation
  • Click Business information
  • Update your business name and address (European advertisers will also need to add a VAT ID)
  • Click Save
  • Once you add your business name and address, you'll be able to add your payment details

    Add your payment information
  • Log into your Pinterest business account
  • Click Ads at the top of the screen, then select Billing
  • Select Payment settings in the left-side navigation
  • Click Billing information
  • Enter your billing address and new credit card information
  • Click Save
  • When you add or update your payment information, we may authorize a small temporary transaction to verify your payment method. Please note our list of accepted payments.

    Remove your payment information

    To delete your payment information, contact our support team. You will not be able to delete your payment information if you have an unpaid balance in your advertiser account. We recommend waiting at least one month since your last ad spend before removing your payment information. To see your current billing history.

  • Log into your Pinterest business account
  • Click Ads at the top of the screen, then select Billing
  • Select Billing history in the left-side navigation
  • For security, business and billing information can only be updated on desktop.
