If your payment fails or your card is declined you will receive an email notification to retry the failed payment. 

  • Click on the Retry payment link in the email, it will take you to your Billing history.
  • Click the Retry button next to the Failed payment.
  • The payment will be listed as Pending until the payment is retried. We will send you an email informing you whether or not your payment was successful.

    If you continue to have issues with payment:

  • Double-check your credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code, etc.).
  • Confirm that the billing address entered for your credit card matches what your bank has on file.
  • Make sure that we accept your payment method.
  • Contact the bank or financial institution that issued your credit card. The most common reason for a failed transaction is a problem with the credit card limit or balance.
  • If you prefer to use a different credit card please change your billing information. Your ad campaign(s) may be paused until we successfully process a payment.
