You can opt-in to receive messages from people on Pinterest. When you opt-in, a message button will be added to your profile. You can find and reply to messages in your Pinterest inbox.

Turn on messaging for your business
  • Log into your Pinterest business account
  • Click at the top-right corner to open your menu
  • Click Settings
  • Click Social permissions at the left-side navigation
  • Below Messages, select whether you want to Allow others to message my business
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page

  • Open the Pinterest app on your device and log into your Pinterest business account
  • Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right corner of the screen
  • Tap at the top-right corner of the screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Social permissions
  • Under Messages, toggle the switch next to Send and receive messages from your business profile
    •

    Your changes will save automatically.
  • Open the Pinterest app on your device and log into your Pinterest business account
  • Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right corner of the screen
  • Tap at the top-right corner of the screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Social permissions and activity 
  • Under Messages, toggle the switch next to Send and receive messages from your business profile
    •

    Your changes will save automatically.

    If you decide you’d like to stop receiving messages, you can follow these steps to turn your messages off. With messaging turned off, you’ll be unable to receive new message requests or conversations in your inbox.

    You can also block someone to stop receiving messages from a specific person on Pinterest.
    Add your phone number or email address

    You can also make your phone number and email address visible to everyone visiting your profile.
  • Log into your Pinterest business account
  • Click   at the top-right corner to open your menu
  • Click Settings
  • Click Public profile
  • Enter the contact information you’d like to publicly share
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page

  • Open the Pinterest app on your device and log into your Pinterest business account
  • Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right corner of the screen
  • Tap at the top-right of the screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Public profile
  • Enter the contact information you’d like to publicly share
