Ads are regular Pins that you pay to be placed where people are most likely to see them. These Pins will surface in your desired audience's home feed, category feeds, and relevant search results.

Set up ads
You’ll need a business account to create ads. The amount you pay will depend on the budget and spend limits that you set for your campaigns. Learn how to set your bid.
To begin running ads, go to Ads Manager at ads.pinterest.com. The first time you access Ads Manager, you'll be asked to select your country. This will determine your billing currency and you won’t be able to edit this later.

Before promoting your Pins, make sure they meet these requirements:

We recommend using a 2:3 aspect ratio, or 1000 x 1500 pixels. Pins that exceed a 2:4.2 width-height ratio will be truncated in people's feeds. That means people will only see part of your Pin, rather than the whole thing.
