When someone takes an action on your website, such as signing up for a newsletter or buying a product, this is known as a conversion. You can get conversion reporting for nine types of activity on your website and review it on Ads Manager:
Depending on what event codes you’ve added to your site, they will be listed throughout the table along with the number of times they’ve happened during the selected timeframe.
Use the graph filters at the top of the screen to edit your reporting view.
Your selected report type will download as a CSV.
