Upload a CSV file with web, in-app, and/or offline conversions into Ads Manager. We'll then match relevant campaigns to these conversions so that you can then review total campaign conversions in Ads Manager.
Note: make sure you have an active campaign.
Once we’ve received your conversion file and completed the match process, we'll delete your original file along with any user identifiers you gave us, as covered in our
If the upload was successful, your data will become available in the reporting dashboard in Ads Manager in 48 hours. If the upload was not successful, move on to Troubleshoot your upload.
If your upload fails, find and review the upload errors and make updates before you resubmit the CSV.
Pinterest does not store original CSV files from advertisers after the match process is completed. To troubleshoot, you should refer to the invalid data values on your original uploaded file.
