First, you need to have a Pinterest Business account. There are a few different options available.
Create a brand new Pinterest account using an email that is currently not connected to another Pinterest account.
If you already have a personal Pinterest account, you can convert it to a Pinterest business account.
Create a linked business account to manage your personal and business accounts with one email address and password.
You can set up your account by linking it to your Shopify or WooCommerce account. If you don't have Shopify or WooCommerce, you'll need to claim your website, install the Pinterest tag and connect your catalog.
Install the Pinterest for Shopify app to link your Shopify and Pinterest accounts.
Install the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin to link your WooCommerce and Pinterest accounts.
Claim your website so you can access Pinterest Catalogs, see Analytics for the Pins that link to your site, and add your profile picture to the Pins that link to your site.
You can get your products on Pinterest by connecting your catalog.
Install the Pinterest tag so you can track paid and organic conversion events, such as page visit, adds to cart and checkout, that happen on your site.
Showcase that you’re a vetted brand and let people visiting your shop know more about your business, as well as the communities and values you represent.
Verified merchants get a blue checkmark on their profile, additional distribution of their Pins, eligibility for additional shopping features, and other benefits.
Add community information to your profile if you self-identify as belonging to an underrepresented group.
Manage merchant details on your profile so people on Pinterest can learn about the brand values and communities you represent.
